Axclight-O TT is a longitudinally and radial watertight, halogen free, XLPE-insulated, copper wire screened and PE-sheathed three core medium voltage cable with circular aluminium conductors. It has a copper wire screen that is corrosion protected. The cable is designed according to HD 620. The conductor meets the requirements for IEC 60228 class 2. The sheath is marked type/manufacturer/year+month/metre marking. Axclight-O TT is not flame retardant.
The following applies if presstools are used:
The actual copperscreen are one cross section lower than the typemarking. This means that if the screen is 25 mm² the connector should be 16 mm².
Lifemark(TM) recycling marking
The external surface of the outer sheath is embossed with a text which specifies all components in the polymers and prepares the cable for future recycling.
Standards
Axclight is in applicable parts manufactured and tested according to SS 424 14 16 (HD 620.S1-6M). The cable can also be loaded according to the same standard.
