Description

MB Microbundle is a loose tube fibre optical cable and intended for outdoor use in ducts. The design incorporate 24 - 288 fibres in micro bundles. A central strength member (FRP) is used for mechanical protection. The cable is longitudinal water-blocked through the use of polymeric filling compound. The cable is provided with a layer of aramide yarn and has an outer sheath of halogen free, low friction HD-polyethylene. This cables are optimazed to be quickly installed with pressured air in microducts.
