Avoiding accidents (OPL: One Point Lesson)

After every serious accident, an OPL — One Point Lesson — is distributed to all plants in order to notify employees that an accident has occurred and to explain precisely how to prevent this same accident.

This very simple method has been used for a long time in Nexans and involves most notably posting information on the work space.
