Nexans' expertise in technology development and the company's full range of cables as well as its product characteristics have been decisive for Trafikverket's choice of cable provider. The ability to provide short lead time has also been an important aspect .

- We have chosen Nexans as our main supplier because they have quoted the overall most economically advantageous solution, says Mattias Häggström, Purchasing Manager at Trafikverket.

Nexans has for many years been a major supplier of cable solutions for railways, both in Sweden and internationally. The agreement with Trafikverket confirms Nexans' position as a leading railway provider.
