Nexans brings its entire Swedish Data Center team to Data Centre Expo

AI development, cloud services, and growing digital demands are currently driving a rapid expansion of data centers across the Nordics. At the same time, the need for robust infrastructure, access to raw materials, and secure deliveries is increasing.
 

When Data Centre Expo opens in Kista on 26–27 May, Nexans will bring together its entire Swedish Data Center team to meet customers, partners, and industry colleagues to discuss the future of data centers.

The expansion of data centers is currently one of the fastest-growing areas within Nordic infrastructure. At the same time, this development is creating new demands – not only in terms of capacity, but also in terms of expertise, delivery capability, and long-term reliability.

For Nexans, local presence is an important part of this. The ambition is for 95 percent of what is sold in the Nordics to also be manufactured in the Nordics – a model that creates shorter lead times, closer customer relationships, and better conditions for a stable supply chain.

At this year’s exhibition, the entire Swedish Data Center team will be on site to discuss topics such as sustainable expansion, energy efficiency, and how future digital infrastructure can be developed in step with society’s growing needs.
