Nexans announces the appointment of Stéphane Jetté as Managing Director for the PWR Grid & Connect business area in the Nordics

Nexans today announces the appointment of Stéphane Jetté as Managing Director for the PWR Grid & Connect business area in the Nordics, with responsibility for Nexans’ operations within the area across Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and the Baltics. He succeeds Lars Josefsson, who after nine years leading Nexans’ Nordic operations within PWR Grid & Connect will hand over the operational leadership and move on to a new role within the Group.

“After nine years leading Nexans’ operations in the Nordics, I have decided to hand over the operational leadership to take on a new role within Nexans. It has been a very rewarding period with strong development year after year, made possible by engaged employees and close collaboration with our customers,” says Lars Josefsson.

In his new role as Senior Sales Advisor Nordics, Lars Josefsson will remain active within Nexans’ Nordic organization and continue contributing with his experience and deep market knowledge.

Stéphane Jetté will assume the role of Managing Director for PWR Grid & Connect Nordics on May 18 and will be based at Nexans’ facility in Grimsås, Sweden.

Stéphane Jetté has extensive experience leading global industrial operations. He has previously held executive positions within Aiden Automotive and Dellner Bubenzer and spent 16 years in senior leadership roles at ABB, with responsibility for operations across both North America and Europe. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
