The complete Cable Guy range is now available in an updated range list for 2026. It includes cable types, sizes, Swedish E-numbers, colours and lengths for installation, LED lighting, solar installations, alarm and access control systems, and data networks.

What is Cable Guy?

Cable Guy is Nexans’ packaging solution in which the cable is wound on a bobbin that rotates inside a durable cardboard box. This makes the box easy to carry and the cable easy to pull out during installation.

Cable Guy provides:

• Cable that is easy to pull out.
• The ability to roll back any cable that is not used.
• Metre marking that shows how much cable is left.
• A box that is easy to carry and keep organised.
• Cardboard packaging that can be handled as ordinary cardboard waste when empty.

Which cables are available in Cable Guy?

The Cable Guy range includes cables for several different types of applications:

• Installation cables and building wires: EXQ Easy, EQLQ Easy, EQRQ, FQQ Easy, FQ Easy twisted and RQ.
• LED and connection cables: FQQ Easy LED, RQQ Easy LED and RQUB.
• Solar cable: H1Z2Z2-K.
• Alarm, access control and security systems: EQQXB Easy, FLQQBR, FLAQQBR and FLQQBR COMBICAT5.
• Data cable: U/UTP KAT6 SLIM Dca.
