Sponsorship at Nexans

At Nexans, we are leaders in sustainable electrification and work support a sustainable climate through innovation and responsible resource use.

We seek partnerships that contribute to our vision of a greener future and promote positive social and environmental impacts. Therefore, we prioritize collaborations with local organizations and recognize the importance of grassroots initiatives to drive meaningful change.

Together with the organizations we sponsor, our goal is to make the world a little better.

Who are you seeking sponsorship?
All activities Nexans sponsors must align with Nexans' core values: This includes our commitment to sustainability and the guidelines described in our inclusion and diversity policy. Organizations seeking sponsorship need to share our values and demonstrate their commitment to inclusion and sustainability. Entities that promote exclusionary practices or conduct activities that contradict sustainable principles will not be eligible for support from Nexans.

What do we require? 
Our sponsorship partnerships are expected to be mutually beneficial. Although specific expectations will vary, we expect sponsored entities to provide concrete commitments in return. This can involve various forms of support or collaboration, determined on a case-by-case basis.

How does the sponsorship process work? 
At the beginning of October each year, Nexans opens its application period where organizations wishing to apply for sponsorship can do so.

• The application is open for three weeks. For 2026, the period is from October 1 to October 22.

• After the application period ends, Nexans decides which organizations may be eligible for sponsorship in the following year.
• The selected organizations are contacted by Nexans, and agreements outlining the amount and commitments for the association are written.
