Low-carbon aluminum Nexans AMCL has a conductor of low-carbon aluminum, meaning the aluminum is produced with renewable energy and significantly lower carbon emissions compared to the European average.

TPI insulation TPI is more easily melted than today's insulation (PEX), simplifying recycling and reuse.

Rip cord for easier stripping The new material does not compromise user-friendliness - the cable is just as easy to handle as its predecessor.

Outer sheath of recycled plastic The cable's outer sheath contains at least 45% recycled PE.

New State-of-the-Art Facility in Grimsås

The future of medium voltage cables with TPI will be produced in a brand-new, state-of-the-art factory. Our new factory, which marks the beginning of a new era in Swedish cable manufacturing, is equipped with the latest technology to ensure the highest quality and performance.

Since 1968, when we erected our tower for plastic-insulated medium voltage cables, we have continuously developed and improved our products. Now, we are taking the next step by introducing Nexans AMCL, designed to meet the future demands of electrification. Local production also means shorter transports, more efficient logistics, and reduced emissions.
