Electric trucks and buses are becoming increasingly popular on the market, and the development of these is an important step on the way to lower emissions. In the transition to more EV's in cities, electric trucks play an important role.
Larger vehicles require extra power and often DC voltage. A larger power supply cable is therefore required here and sometimes also a network cable, such as CAT 6A cable, for communication between the charging point and the power centre. At Nexans, we manufacture Swedish cables that fit together with charging stations from all leading suppliers.
