The employees - the core of our business

The health of the individual is a matter to everyone's health. We work together, we influence each other and we deeply need each other's skills. That is why the health and the well-being of all employees are so important.

In addition to laws and regulations that apply to employment contracts, Nexans has several own initiatives to strengthen our employees in terms of education and skills supply as well as in health and well-being.

• Winningtemp
  Every week, our employees get to anonymous answer to questions concerning their well-being and work environment. This is done via Winningtemp, a scientific tool developed using AI.
  In this way, we immediately receive a status update of the work environment and can act quickly in case signals indicate a negative change.
   
• Nexans gym
  Close to our production facility in Grimsås, there's a 300 sqm gym. Here our employees have access to crosstrainers, treadmills, bench presses, stair machines and weights - just a 300 meters walk from their workplace.
